Daniel P. Welch, CPA is the president and founder of Professional Practice Consultants, Inc. (PPC). 

With more than 20 years of experience in the dental industry, he is intimately familiar with the current dental marketplace, existing trends, new products and equipment. He utilizes this knowledge to guide dentist in growing practice production and profitability.

A frequent lecturer, Dan regularly provides guidance to dentist regarding the purchase, sale or start-up of a dental practice. As a CPA, he is able to blend his specialized knowledge of the industry with current trends in taxation to provide expert advice to his audience and clients.

In his spare time, Dan volunteers his time coaching his son in football and playing golf.

 

Lori Stadler, CPA co-founded PPC and has more than 15 years of experience working with dentists and dental specialists.

A former auditor, Lori’s past experience allows her to provide a unique perspective to dental accounting, consulting, and preparing practice valuations.

Lori has vast experience in preparing corporate, partnership, and personal income tax returns.  She has extensive knowledge in the retirement plan arena and frequently assists clients in setting up plans for clients so they can reach their ultimate goal, retiring comfortably.

As a licensed CPA, Lori is an active member of the Illinois CPA Society and National Society of Certified Healthcare Business Consultants

A frequent traveler, Lori enjoys exploring new exotic locales and spending time with her family.

 

Theresa Narantic, BS, AGD, ADMC joined PPC in 2002 and is the Consulting Partner. 

Prior to becoming a member of the team at PPC, she was a senior consultant for a national consulting company and successfully completed continuing education with Dale Carnegie.  She began her dental career over 30 years ago.

In 2006 Theresa was sponsored into the Academy of Dental Management Consultants by Dr. Paul Homoly.  There are fewer than 100 dental consultants who have that distinction.  In addition to in-office consulting, she writes, speaks and presents in webinar formats for many organizations.  She maintains the credentialing for PPC’s very active status with the AGD.  Theresa and PPC are proud to offer continuing education to their clients in an effort to offer their patients the most current information available in the industry.

Theresa shares her understanding in all areas of management and leadership in general dentistry and specialty.  From guiding Drs. with the start-up process through the first years of business, marketing, team training, treatment presentation, hygiene development are some of the areas she has successfully helped dental practices initiate  and strengthen.

Theresa is also a highly regarded D1 collegiate, USAV and IHSA volleyball official, having refereed the State tournament many times.  She loves spending time with her family and friends which frequently involve traveling. 

 

Kipp M. Imel, CHBC joined PPC in 2005 having previously worked for another accounting, tax, and consulting firm. 

With more than 12 years of experience in preparing corporate and personal tax returns, Kipp provides clients with solid tax and accounting advice.  As the son of a practicing orthodontist, he has been around dentists and orthodontia his entire life.

Since joining PPC, he has worked through many practice transitions and valuations.

In his free time, Kipp enjoys playing golf, traveling, and following basketball.

 

Jan Isaacs, CDA, EFDA joined PPC in 2010. 

Jan has over 30 years of in-office dental experience. With knowledge of clinical four-handed dentistry, laboratory practices, reception and office management Jan brings a great deal of understanding to her consulting position.

Jan comes to Professional Practice Consultants from Patterson Dental where she was a Certified Technology Advisor, Instructor and Certified Cerec Trainer.  Jan loves helping offices go chartless!

Jan has supplemented her dental experience with education at New Hampshire Technical Institute, Tufts University and the University of Chicago.

Among Jan’s other passions are Italian cooking, traveling and spending time with her family.
